题识：崇祯壬申九月既望写于云息斋中，盛茂烨。|钤印：茂烨之印、与华父|藏印：子华、曾氏宾谷鉴藏书画金石之章、向叔审定真迹 |作者简介：盛茂烨，生卒年不详。明画家。号念庵、一作研庵，长洲（今江苏苏州）人，善山水，有烟林清旷之概。||藏家简介：|一、汪士元（1877-1935），江苏盱眙人，原名汪祜孙，字向叔，斋号麓云楼，因其藏有宋徽宗画《晴麓横云图》而得名；又号玉带砚斋、清净瑜迦馆。清光绪三十年（1904年）甲辰恩科，殿试第二甲第六十六名进士，著有《麓云楼书画记略》。|二、曾燠（1759-1831），字宾谷，江西南城人，官至贵州巡抚。被誉为清代骈文八大家之一。
