长16.3cm；宽10.6cm；厚3cm
顾青娘款、合款、王冶梅 |砚取端溪老坑石，质地细腻温润。作长方淌池式，额浅固信双螭衔钟形，背面挖作深履手，刀工古拙浅深流畅，配制红木砚盒，盒面阴刻“子祥老先生七十二岁小像，甲戌春二月后学冶梅”，下刻一老叟执扇行吟状。此砚应为王冶梅刻赠赵子祥或赵子祥延请王冶梅铭，是证古时文人诗书唱和之谊，实为书案几雅玩之佳物。|赵子祥，海上画派主要人物，擅长花鸟画。|王冶梅，南京人流寓上海，工人物、山水，木石、禽鱼、兰竹，擅画瘦梅与胡铁梅，并以画梅闻名。
