题识：平芜极目水如天，云梦潇湘点汶连。秋日写，吴芳。||钤印：吴芳之印、冰玉||鉴藏印：邵襄所藏 |说明：吴芳，字秀英，一字若英，浙江秀水人，入江苏吴江籍。明万历年(1582)举人吴翼孙女，万历十三年(1585)举人吴昌期从女，吴昌时女吴祖锡(1618-1679)妹，嘉兴诸生徐然妻。工诗善画。《松陵女子诗征》卷二：竹亭铨部名昌时,本其兄昌期居嘉兴，富而无子，以铨部子祖锡为嗣，故铨部移家焉，称“鸳湖主人”而芳诗入之《椭李诗系》，实则非也，故录而正之。参见《嘉兴明清望族疏证》。||备注：带框
