|这件辟邪雕件为白玉质地，较为细腻，器表有油脂感，采用圆雕技法雕成，大眼巨口，呈卧姿，神态凶猛生动，展现出雕刻者高超的技艺，辟邪的形象最早出现于商代青铜器上，玉质的最早见于南北朝，本为上古神兽，无角叫“符拔”，一角称为"天禄"，两角称为"辟邪"。是以财为食的，可纳食四方之财。具有祛除邪气并带来好运的作用，故称之为“辟邪”，是一件祥瑞的配饰。
