口径：3.5cm 高：21cm ;瓶直口，长颈，扁圆腹，圈足。因腹部状似荸荠而得名。内壁施白釉，外壁施红釉，釉面肥腴滋润，色泽深沉，足端露胎，胎质细腻绵密。《景德镇陶歌》有载：“官古窑成重霁红，最难全美费良工。霜天晴昼精心合，一样搏烧百不同。”足可见烧制红釉瓷器的不易。
