備 註 ： 曹 鴻 勛 （1846.2.3 ～ 1910.9.9）清代官員。字仲銘，又字竹銘，號蘭生，另號銘帛，室名益堅 齋。山東濰坊濰城區西南關新巷子人。光緒二年（1876 年）中丙子科狀元、歷任修撰、湖南學政提督、雲南永昌 知府，調雲南府，授迤東道，官至陝 西巡撫，為官清廉。任上開辦延長油廠， 打出中國陸地中第一口油井，史稱老 一井。曹鴻勛還以書法名世。北京故宮、頤和園及濰坊等處都留下不少墨跡石 刻。
