题识：露气春林月华秋水，晴阳媚景芳草远山。承选一世兄大人属书扵省垣客馆，时丙申夏日宿雨初霁，笔砚新润，爰临十六字联以塞责，其好丑亦不复顾计也。春涛弟杨本芳。||钤印：春涛、臣芳之印 |说明：杨本芳，字春涛，号知乐道人，云南新平人。杨酷爱诗文，长于书画，光绪十一年乙酉科拔贡，会试不就，于京城开设“金碧长春馆”鬻画自给。能诗，尤工书法，字体端整妍润，有欧柳遗法，凡足迹所至，持屏扇求书者，日数十起，名震三迤。杨本芳还擅长画梅，与当时新平擅长画兰的周汝南齐名，曾有“汝南兰草春涛梅”的赞誉。亦工诗，有《豹隐山房诗集》一卷。||备注：原装旧裱
