|黄财神是密教之护法神祇，诸财神之首，其原为古印度婆罗门教的施财天，印度梵语称“俱毗罗”，是最早进入佛教的印度教神祗之一，又名黄布禄金刚。本尊黄财神像，头饰由花冠和发髻组成，耳侧宝缯呈U形上扬。面目方阔，双目圆鼓，相貌凶忿。四肢粗短有力，腹部圆鼓，身佩璎珞。手持宝鼬，右手持宝珠，右展坐姿，坐于仰覆莲座之上。莲座上沿饰连珠纹一周，莲瓣错落扁平，颇具特色。通体鎏金，经累年传世，局部金水流失，包浆圆润，尽显沧桑华丽之美。
