此尊吉祥天母头戴五骷髅冠。发如火焰，三目圆睁，粗眉短须，呈忿怒相。胸前佩戴珠宝璎珞，左手当胸托颅碗，右手高举骷髅棒（已佚）两腿张开，赤脚侧坐于奔驰的骡子上。骡子奔走于充满浮尸的血海中。据佛经记载，她骑着骡子可以飞行于天上、地上、地下三界，所以又有“三界总主”之称。，身姿侧扭，动势十足。她座下是一张人皮，象征异教徒已被她降服。在他坐骑的屁股上有一只眼睛。鞍前端下方有红白骰子，红的主杀，白的主教化。鞍后还有一荷包袋，里面盛着疫病毒菌，也就是说她是主生死、病瘟、善恶的神。此像为内蒙古佛像的标准作品。
