全器大面積附著黃土及沁斑，局部可見瑩潔透亮的原生白色玉質。器面主體為一穀紋璧，璧孔鏤空透雕一螭龍，其雙目前視，張口露齒、昂首闊步，四足前後張揚，長尾翻捲，狀若奔馳，線條流暢、動感十足，璧肉剔地浮雕圓形、顆粒飽滿的穀紋，上方為一成組相對夔龍，下方則為一浮雕獸面紋樣，形成上下不對稱的透雕附飾，為戰國玉雕一大特色。 全器用料精良，佈局得宜，雖有多組紋樣，卻不顯紊亂，切割工整，工法繁複且純熟，諸多細節均能體現戰國玉器工藝之精良，加上器表因瘞埋而形成斑駁的沁色與黃土附著物，更增添古拙之美感。
