Description

此拍品為採摘於農曆小雪至小寒時節之新會四十五年陳皮(大紅皮)，出自油皮上品的茶枝柑，皮厚扁大，表皮面均勻分佈大小凹入油室，以「正三刀」開皮技藝，三瓣相連，片張分明。經自然陳曬，皮面呈棕黑紅色。 陳皮內囊風化自然剝落，內表紋理清，呈陳舊棕黑黃色，分佈均勻有光澤。沖泡後水澤呈自然棕紅色，入口陳香味濃郁，香、甜、甘、醇，久煮不爛且無苦澀等異味，歷經歲月，陳香醇舊。
