来 源：大正十年，高田入藏。
本品呈瓜棱式，盖与盒身以子母口扣合，平底，盒身直口，外壁压模高低起伏的瓜棱，与盒盖合为一体，饱满圆实。盖面中心下凹并贴塑瓜蒂形钮，雅趣可爱。盖缘起一棱线，正好与盒身口沿之棱线吻合。器壁薄而规整，盒内、外施青白釉，釉色匀净、晶莹透亮，有玻质感。积釉棱横处气泡密集，盖盒交接处微显火石红。盒底无釉露胎，可见胎质坚硬细腻，纯净洁白，是为影青瓷盒中的典型代表。此盒瓜棱样式即为金银器常见器形。造型之优美在传世同类作品中较为稀少，益见其难能可贵。
与本品近似者可见，安宅英一于1975年9月展于东京日本桥三越百货的青白磁瓜形香台（参见《安宅英一·中国陶磁名品展》），奉文堂藏青白釉瓜棱形盖盒（参见《古雅致臻——奉文堂藏中国古代陶瓷》第254页，图222）以供参考，可资比较。
