本品为铃铛杯形，器型玲珑，胎质细腻洁白，釉面莹润如玉，以青花为饰，繪山水人物图，乃是黄州赤壁古景，敌楼箭垛，楼阁亭台，古树葱茏，江面滔滔，一叶扁舟，中流怀古。配诗文：“五百年前续此游，水光依旧接天浮。徘徊今夜东山月，恍惚当初壬戌秋“。此诗为明代罗洪先《夜泊赤壁》诗，罗洪先（1504—1564）字达夫，号念庵，江西吉水人，世宗嘉靖（1522-1566）间进士，曾官至修撰，崇阳明心学，精研地理，著有《广舆图》。整器文气十足，意韵怀古，虽赏玩于掌指之间，然思绪可穿越千年。。。底书；道光年制四字篆书款。
