Abloh was the first African-American designer to be artistic director at a French luxury fashion house, and was named by Time magazine as one of the 100 most influential people in the world in 2018. His time with Louis Vuitton was cut short upon his tragic passing from cancer in November, 2021, making his pieces extremely limited and highly sought after by collectors around the globe.
