此件精美的锡罐，造型简约，比例协调。不但有欣赏、收藏的艺术价值，亦有储存茶叶等实用的功能。以锡罐储茶，可抗氧化、拒高温、阻潮气、避光线、挡异味，密封性能更佳。
罐呈六方形，罐口一周隆起，外沿折肩，罐身束腰，曲线流畅，平底铸印“潮阳 广东省城 永义和 真料点铜”款。器身六面间饰“福、禄、寿”与松下侍女图。字体刻画气势磅礴、流畅自然，人物神情悠然自得、神采奕奕。成对保存，品相完好，极为难得。
底款“点铜”源于清代，是锡业者一种约定俗成的质量标准，又称道口锡器，意指“含锡量达到70％以上”的精致锡器，方可在锡制品上打上“点铜”二字，有品质保证之意，故“点铜”也成为当时高级锡器的代名词。
附木质六方镂雕花卉纹器座。
