Polychrome enamels China, 1912-1949 ( Republic Period ) Dimensions: Height 20.8 cm, 10.6 cm and 9.2 cm Weight: 303.2 g, 357.3 g and 185.1 g This set consists of a baluster shaped vase with trumped neck and is painted with polychrome enamels depicting an arrangement of flowers and a mark of Jingedezhen on the base. The lidded jar has a painting of Shoulao and his attendant and it has a gold lined rim. We find an apocryphal four-character Tongzhi mark to the underside. The third vase of cylindrical shape with everted rim showing flowers and a flying bird, the base marked with an artist signature. Provenance: - German private collection. Condition: - Very good condition with minor wear and manufacturing imperfections.
