此尊精铜铸造，入手较为厚重，造型挺拔端庄，通体皮壳浓厚，气息古雅。
整作四方形制，盘口，粗束颈较长，丰肩，弧腹，底承高圈足，踞地沉稳扎实，底心铸有吴邦佐十六字款，肩部两面带有万历款阳文铭文。
颈两侧置兽吞把式双龙耳，腹部四棱出戟，状若龙鳍，挺拔立体，颈部饰蕉叶纹，内填兽面纹，腹部、高足均以仿古饕餮纹为饰，纹饰开窗周围饰以鼓钉。
