银质鼎式炉，花苞钮双层炉盖高耸，透空满雕祥云纹，下层如意云形开光内，填天蓝色珐琅釉，以银烧蓝工艺装饰蝙蝠、瑞鹿及寿桃纹，福禄寿之意不言而喻。
方唇口及一波三折的朝冠耳饰连续的回纹，束颈上下托腮，仰覆莲瓣纹装饰。腹部圆融，錾刻缠枝莲纹，两面海棠形开光内亦以烧蓝工艺装饰，仙鹤姿态婀娜，展翅翱翔，瑞鹿体态健硕，昂首奔走。腹下承接三兽足，兽首铸雕的极其精细，神采奕奕，不怒自威。
