作者简介：黄思永（1842-1914），字慎之，号亦瓢，光绪六年庚辰科状元，先后任翰林院修纂、军机处章京、右春坊右中允等职，后开办北京工艺商局，投资天津北洋烟草公司，组建北京爱国香烟厂。光绪二十九年清政府设商部，黄思永与张謇被时人称为『商部实业两状元』。
释文：无花无酒过清明，兴味萧然似野僧。昨日邻家乞新火，晓窗分与读书灯。
题识：癸丑之初冬月，慎之黄思永为董斋正腕，书王禹偁诗。
