此擦擦为六臂玛哈嘎拉，其头戴五骷髅冠，顶竖象征着忿怒的红发，面相凶忿，立于熊熊烈焰当中，上身饰璎珞，下身围兽皮，项挂五十人首串。玛哈嘎拉六臂各持法器，脚踏象鼻天神，具足威严。唐卡主尊四周为玛哈嘎拉的眷属，下方是吉祥天母，他们姿态各异，中央的吉祥天母一手持供碗、一手拿金刚钺刀，两侧的吉祥天母各骑一匹亢奋的马匹。各个眷属造型都极为夸张，极富动感，与主尊上方静坐的宗喀巴形成鲜明对比。唐卡在画风上表现出较高的艺术气质，主尊臂玛哈嘎拉和其眷属的色调为蓝红相间，配上蓝天绿草的背景，整题设色艳丽，对比强烈；观其下方动物的刻画，线条流畅、造型饱满且富有张力，给人气韵生动的艺术美感。
