释尊结跏趺坐於双层束腰莲花座上，面相丰满端正，宽额，脸型略呈方圆，高鼻薄唇、眼睑低垂，表情静穆柔和，略含笑意，头饰螺发，肉髻高隆，顶严为宝珠。左手置腹部结禅定印，右手下垂，身着袒右肩袈裟，衣纹流畅，起伏自然。双手和脚部的刻画柔软生动，富有表现力。莲座为双层束腰仰覆莲样式，造型规范，上边缘饰一周圆形连珠纹，莲花瓣周匝环绕，为清中期标准释迦摩尼造像
