H. 30 cm.  Accidents and restorations. The lid, the handle and the spillway in modern silver.

China Painting on silk representing the calligrapher Wang Xizhi contemplating the movement of the neck of the geese which would have inspired his cursive calligraphy.  Signature in ink and seal in red.  First half of the 20th century.

Two rocks in the centre, the first one with an Asian pagoda in perspective and the one on the right with a perched parrot surrounded by beautiful coloured vegetation.
