原装旧裱。周笠，字牧山，清嘉定人，周颢之侄。善刻竹，与周颢齐名。擅长绘画，山水师法元四家，水墨花卉生意盎然。周笠少时与周颢同学画，同刻竹，但各得其意，各不相袭。清人评其作品“生意远出，神气内涵，万点当虚，千层叠起，浑厚中自露秀色”。周笠晚年客居扬州，六十岁而病卒，今传世作品较少。
