瓶型玲珑可爱，不为多见，喇叭形撇口，细颈，弧腹微微下垂，底承圈足。白釉为底，青花作饰，通体釉色润泽，闪青白釉上展现出色泽清雅的青花纹饰。颈部饰蕉叶纹，卷草纹及双弦纹，腹部主题纹饰以写实手法描绘庭园小景，湖石、翠竹、老松、寒梅、蕉叶，构成了一幅寓意吉祥的“五瑞图”。整体造型隽秀挺拔，胎体细白坚致，纹饰清晰生动，画面构图疏朗有致，青花色泽浓艳亮丽，富于层次感和立体感，有水墨晕散之艺术效果，当为多宝盒中存的放赏玩之物。
