The double-vase cleverly constructed as two slender double-gourd vases merged on the bulbous upper and lower halves leaving a gap between the waisted necks, one side enamelled with bats suspending shou symbols and auspicious emblems amidst lotus scrolls, the other side with numerous gourds variously depicting scenes, all against the blue enamelled background.
