拍品银制，鎏金，由两个提携和两个带扣组成，带扣和提携表面镂雕正面云龙纹之间。蜿蜒盘曲，长鬃猎猎，穿梭于团团祥云之间，以鎏金之质、精雕之工、皇家之气可知，为清带饰中之精品。带扣系古代系腰所用之物，最早始见于商周时期，有青铜和玉质者。至清中期，鎏金带扣等各种材质的带扣，逐渐丰富，渐成为权贵、地位、富足的象征，深受皇室贵族的追捧和喜爱。
