|说明：观音发髻高挽，发丝根根毕现。大耳垂肩，杏目微垂，巧鼻樱口。身披广袖长衣，袒胸饰璎珞，腹部中间衣带交结，左手作说法印，右手持净瓶。下着长裙，跣右足跏跌状坐于蒲团之上。胎体轻薄，中空，底部密封成平底状，背部开一圆孔作烧窑时的出气孔。通体施白釉，釉色乳白润泽，仅发部施以黑彩。旧配红木底座。
