|曹鸿勋（1846年2月3日—1910年9月9日），清代官员，字仲铭，又字竹铭，号兰生，另号铭帛，室名益坚斋。山东潍县（今潍城区）西南关新巷子人。光绪二年进士第一，状元。历任修撰、湖南学政提督、云南永昌知府，调云南府，授迤东道，官至陕西巡抚，任上开办延长油厂，打出中国陆地中第一口油井，史称老一井。曹鸿勋长于书法间画竹兰，字学欧体，老益浑朴，并工汉隶。其书法用笔运锋速捷，潇洒爽畅，结体流美，错落有至，行草如天骥行空一日千里，超蕰度险，用笔更是飞动，又时出连笔，具雄奇狂纵之韵，反应出其书法的典型风格。
