|释文：|（1）居正：“天下为公”|（2）于学忠：“时代精神”|夏正祺旧藏||居正（1876年—1951年），民国时期“广济五杰”之一，中国当代著名民主革命家、政治家、军事家、法学家。年轻时赴日学习加入中国同盟会，参与组织共进会，辛亥革命武昌起义指挥者之一，辛亥革命元勋。南京临时政府内政部次长，南京国民政府司法院院长。著有《辛亥亲历记》、《为什么要重建中国法系》、《辛亥礼记》等书。|于学忠（1890年—1964年），字孝侯，山东蓬莱县于家庄人，抗日爱国将领，陆军二级上将，东北军著名将领，抗战中参加淞沪会战、台儿庄会战、武汉保卫战等，立下赫赫功勋。
