|释文：谷正纲：“认清时代、领导时代、创造时代” |夏正祺旧藏||张维翰（1886年—1979年），民国政治家、法学家。1939年6月任内政部政务次长。1947年12月当选为监察委员。1949年受聘于香港新亚书院，教授文史。1950年去台湾，历任台湾当局“监察院”副院长、代院长，国民党中央纪律委员会委员等职。晚年潜心学佛。1979年9月1日在台湾病逝。|谷正纲（1902年—1993年），历任中央党部学校训育主任，中央社会部长，一度兼任农林部长、内政部长，“国代”兼“国民大会”秘书长等职。
