|此花插南红玛瑙巧色雕刻，题材为两条头上尾下相对跳跃的鳌龙。鳌龙龙首鱼身，两条一大一小，皆大口朝天，以供插花之用。造型双目圆睁，独角后伸。脑后髪缕飘飘，身体鳞片层层，鱼鳍舒展，有如翅翼。鱼化龙，是“龙鱼互变”的体现，《山海经·大荒西经》有“风道北来，天乃大水泉，蛇乃化为鱼。”的记载，可见其传说神话流传甚久。艺人将鳌龙跃出水面的瞬间深入刻画，将其昂首摆尾，腾空而起的姿态表现的极为到位。
