|天王右手持胜幢，左手持吐宝鼠，头戴五叶冠，作武将装束，身着铠甲，穿蒙古式长靴，坐于狮背上，左腿伸出。狮卧莲座。狮子作回首怒吼状，充满力度。财宝天王面部肌肉鼓起，双目圆睁，头向左侧，凝神下视，二者均与狮子的回首动作互相呼应，表现出瞬间的动感，加上天衣在身后飘起，若有风吹动，使造像充满灵动之感。整个作品做工精细，铜质厚重，镀金明亮，力量感强烈，是一件难得的造像艺术精品。
