|胡振宇（b.1939）浙江宁波人，擅长油画、美术教育。1965年浙江美术学院油画系毕业，工作于河北人民美术出版社。1978年入浙江美术学院油画研究生班学习，毕业后留校任教。1983年国家选派赴比利时皇家美术学院留学。1986年回国，历任浙江美院油画系主任、造型学部副主任。1988年应邀赴美国讲学并举办个人画展。1991年赴日本讲学、访问。1992年作品参加日本国际艺术博览会，曾在比利时、德国举办个人画展。作品曾在美国洛杉矶华斯特画廊和美国格林威治艺廊展出。现为中国美术学院教授、国务院学术委员会委员，中国油画学会理事，中国美术家协会会员。享受国务院政府特殊津贴。
