水墨纸本 立轴 尺寸：92×24cm 约2平尺 作者简介：王武(1632-1690)，清，字勤中，号忘庵，又号雪颠道人、如是翁、不山，江苏吴县(今苏州)人，明代书法家王鏊六世孙，以诸生入太学。生性和乐平易，不屑科举。善绘事，精鉴赏，富收藏，对于宋、元、明诸家名迹，往往心追手摹，务得其法。十五岁已作巨幅画，“使观者叹绝其妙”。及成家，评者以为前辈陈淳、陆治“不能过也”。王时敏对其作品极为称赞，认为“近代写生，率有院气，独勤中神韵生动，应在妙品中”。所作花鸟，能得生趣，秀丽多姿，功力深厚，水墨没骨多取周之冕、陆治画法，只在点笔方面有所发展，与恽寿平齐名。恽长于没骨而王长于勾花点叶。所写东禅寺《红定图》，水墨渲染，妙夺天真，为朱彝尊所赞赏。
