杜滋龄（1941年-2023年1月5日），天津人。毕业于中国美术学院中国画系研究生班。师从叶浅予，李震坚先生。曾任天津人民美术出版社总编辑，南开大学东方艺术系系主任，第十届第十一届全国政协委员，中国美术家协会中国画艺委会第一二三届委员，中国美术家协会五、六、七届理事。现任中国画学会副会长，中国艺术研究院博士生导师，南开大学教授，享受***专家特殊津贴。
