作者简介：陈立夫（1898-2001），浙江省吴兴县（现湖州市）人，名祖燕，字立夫。陈立夫是20世纪中国的重要人物之一，中国国民党政治家。曾历任蒋介石机要秘书、国民党秘书长、教育部长、立法院副院长等各项要职。由于他特殊的历史地位和拙朴的书风，晚年书法受到华人的热捧，求着盈门。他精研历代碑帖，善于广取博收。其书长于行楷，书作既显“二王”笔意、颜柳风骨，又具北碑的厚重。加上他学识修养过人，故气息意境儒雅端静，有浓厚的书卷气。
