款识：辛未春日王退斋时年八十一。 钤印：后斋诗画（朱）、上海文史馆馆员（朱） 王退斋，原名均,字治平。1906年生。江苏省泰州人。江苏教育学院教育学士。从事教育行备注：原装裱 政及教学工作30余年。1984年受上海市长汪道涵之聘为上海市文史馆员。平生爱好诗书画,先后当选并受聘为江南诗词学会副会长、上海半江老人诗画社社长、上海诗词学会常务理事、文史馆春潮诗社副社长、新加坡新声诗社名誉社长,上海中山书画研究社、香山书画研究会、会友诗画研究会顾问,春风诗社名誉社长、华兴诗画研究会名誉会长、屈原大学诗词艺术系顾问。上海文史馆馆员。
