有隋一代，虽国祚短暂，但佛教却极为兴盛，佛教造像也盛况空前，其艺术上承南北朝时期的清秀典雅，下启盛唐时期的雄浑大气，在中国佛教艺术史上有着极为重要的历史地位。此尊头束高发髻，戴五叶冠饰。面庞丰圆，五官端庄，表情寂静且肃穆。上身躯体袒露，带有华丽项链，帔帛在腹前交叉。左手持杨柳枝，右手持净瓶。下身着宽松长裙，直立站于涌莲之上。整像铜质雅致，气韵古朴，人物造型略显板滞，尚带有早期造像的艺术特点。人物的头光样式及菩萨衣饰的表现手法，展露出隋代造像承上启下的过渡时期艺术风韵。虽造像小巧，但艺术价值十分巨大。
