暴昭，山西潞州（今山西长治）人，（一说山西平阳府浮山县）明朝初期官员，官至刑部尚书。国子生出身。
洪武年间，担任大理寺司务。洪武三十年（1397年），升任刑部右侍郎。洪武三十一年（1398年），升任刑部尚书。建文四年（1402年），南京城破，因不肯屈服于朱棣被处以磔刑。
