画款：雨苍我兄雅属，戊辰仲秋，静盦。钤印：金焕章印|书款：气韵生动须将生动二字省悟。能会生动，则气韵自在。气韵生动为第一义，然必以气为主。气盛则纵横挥洒，而机无滞碍，其韵自生动。雨苍先生正之。丁卯罗惇暖复堪。|钤印：复翁 |说明：上款人应为陈璧（1852-1928），字玉苍、雨苍，晚号苏斋，福建侯官人，光绪进士。历任中阁中书，户部侍郎，邮电部尚书兼参预政务大臣。有《望岩堂奏稿》。|作者简介：1、罗复戡，名惇，字孝谷，号照岩、复堪（一作复戡），广东顺德人，书法家、画家、诗人，民国时期北京“四大书法家”之一。是康有为弟子。擅长章草。|2、金焕章，字任君，崇明人。精于诗词书画，久富盛誉。
