题识：|丁亥春日斝侯。钤印：王仁爵、斝侯|仲春以清国晏波旧制。钤印：国子监制 |注：徐晏波，清朝岭南人，能诗词，精书法，于篆隶最精。后旅居日本，影响颇大，其书作在日本被奉为墨宝。后杨守敬到日本，其影响才被杨超过。王汝修（1843-1895），又名王仁爵，字斝侯，慈溪黄山村（今属江北慈城镇）人，出身于书香世家，精通诗文，善画工书。曾在日本教书经商，拥有自己经营的书店“凌云阁”，以文会友，切磋诗艺。
