作者简介：梁寒操（1899-1975)，字均默，原名翰藻，别署伏龙，广东高要人。广东高等师范毕业。北伐时任汉口政府交通部秘书。1927后历任国民党中央执行委员，立法院委员兼秘书长，中央政治委员，军事委员会政治部副部长，中央宣传部长。1944年入缅抗日。后任国防最高委员会副秘书长。去台后任“中国广播公司”董事长，著有《西行乱唱》等。
