|黄财神是藏传佛教各大教派普遍供养的五姓财神之一，因其身相黄色，故称为黄财神。为令密乘行者有资财宏法利生，不被生活所逼，可安心向道，特赐予行者财利丰足。修持黄财神法、持诵其密咒，可获得黄财神庇佑，能增长福德、寿命、智能、物质及精神上之受用，不惧一切经济压迫。此尊黄财神造像大方精致，一面二臂，发髻高耸，额际戴宝冠，身材粗壮肚大，双臂有力，左手提着吐宝鼠，右手自在放于右膝上，胸前挂念珠。人物造型比例适当，琢刻技艺娴熟。其质地滋润，包浆明显，当为清代寿山石佛像中的上佳作品。
