款识：竹里疑无路，新渠细细斜。有舟如落叶，拨棹尽逢花。鱼影虚相触，蛛丝黯自遮。青蒲堪作佩，争得柳成衙。王衡。钤印：王衡（半朱半白）。 |●王衡（1562-1609），字辰玉，号缑山、别署蘅芜室主人，江苏太仓人。万历时期首辅王锡爵之子，明末清初画家王时敏之父。万历二十九年（1601），以一甲第二名（榜眼）及第，授任翰林院编修。后辞官归隐，著有《缑山集》等，同时他又是明代南剧的名家，编写有《郁轮袍》、《真傀儡》、《没奈何》等杂剧名篇。
