鉴藏印： 朱氏之鉨（朱） 竹憙斋（朱）
提要： 是谱内辑朱竹坪奉赠秦始皇廿六年、二世元年，秦两诏权拓二枚；严庆祥自用印蜕五十余枚。每页钤印一枚，绿色边栏，单鱼尾，书口下镌“竹窗余事”。是为研究严庆祥生平考据之参考史料。
严庆祥（1899～1988），上海人，大隆机械厂创始人严裕棠之子，实业家，工书画。1988年4月，在台北筹办《严庆祥书画展》。
