款识：水仙花并据此赋榖祥。|钤印：榖祥（朱文）坚合斋（朱文）禄之（朱文）|鉴藏印：□公眼福（朱文）酉室（朱文）□氏鉴藏（朱文）周氏多□□藏二主石收藏之印（白文） |注：原装原裱。|作者简介：|王穉登，字伯谷，号松坛道士，苏州长洲 （今江苏苏州）人。明朝后期文学家、诗人、书法家。王穉登少有才名，长益骏发，名满吴会。嘉靖年间，两度游学京师，客大学士袁炜家。|王榖祥（明），字禄之，号酉室，长洲（今江苏苏州）人。嘉靖八年（一五二九）进士，官吏部员外郎。善写生，渲染有法度，意致独到，即一枝一叶，亦有生色。为士林所重。中年绝不肯落笔，凡人间所传者，皆赝本也。书仿晋人，不随羲之献之之风，篆籀八体及摹印，并臻妙品。
