说明：1.上款人为尹口羊，尹口羊（b.1930），号卧月，斋名凉风堂、二桐轩，师从著名画家黄幻吾。1950年考入上海电影制片厂美术组，任编剧、美术设计等职，参加绘制《孔雀公主》等美术片30余部，1993年退休。退休后担任20余家五星级大酒店筹建处艺术顾问，设计、监制、审定各种艺术品上万件，历时22年，85岁二次退休。2.得自尹口羊先生本人。韩天衡，字豆庐、近墨者，室名百乐斋，江苏苏州人，生于上海。工书法，尤精篆刻，亦善花鸟。曾为中国书协理事、上海美协理事、上海市交通大学教授、上海中国画院副院长。现为西泠印社副社长、上海市书法家协会首席顾问。
