款识：“滏源王家造”。|说明：滏源，即滏源里，元朝设置的行政区划单位，在今邯郸彭城镇，处滏阳河源头。“滏源王家造”是元朝时磁州窑系彭城窑最为著名首屈一指的窑厂，作品多为当时达官显贵消费使用。此方瓷枕长方造型，枕面为开光纹饰，白地黑绘“吕洞宾三戏牡丹仙子”神话故事。正面和背面绘制传统牡丹花纹，笔法精美，画面布局高雅，人物生动传神，意境悠远。该器品相颇佳，古韵十足，保存至今实属少见。铭款“滏源王家造”的元代完整瓷枕极为珍贵，已知有珍藏的海外博物馆仅有美国西雅图艺术馆，美国夏威夷火奴鲁鲁艺术馆，法国吉美博物馆等。
