款识：苏峰。||钤印：德富猪印（白）、苏峰学人（朱）、随处作主（朱）|德富苏峰（1863-1957），本名德富猪一郎，是日本著名的作家、记者、历史学家和评论家，是继福泽谕吉之后日本近代第二大思想家，在其去世后接过其手中接力棒，鼓吹极具侵略性的皇室中心主义，他经历幕末、明治、大正、昭和时期，活了近一世纪，于1887年前后登上论坛直到1957年病逝笔耕70余载，且始终处于舆论界的核心地位，其地位几乎与皇室、首相、军部等同。他是日本右翼思想家典型，其思想是近代日本思想史的折射，当今日本右翼思潮和政界的思维与其思想一脉相承。战后，德富苏峰由国际军事法庭判为甲级战犯，1945年12月2日逮捕。
