|周志开（1919-1943），出生于河北省滦县，杭州笕桥中央航空学校第七期毕业，曾任空军第四大队大队长。|抗日战争期间在重庆的上空，周志开是胆识过人、技术出众的中国“空战英豪”，在其五年短暂的战斗生涯中，他驾驶的飞机曾被敌机射中九十九颗子弹，另加一发炮弹，而他却创造了击落6架敌机的辉煌战绩。1943年12月14日，在湖北长阳县牺牲，时年24岁。|2015年8月24日，被列入民政部公布的第二批600名著名抗日英烈和英雄群体名录。|周志开为抗日空军英烈之一，是以空战居功获得空军领域中“青天白日勋章”之第一人，不幸于1943年为国捐躯，其生平资料文献存世稀少，此件证书品相保存完好，弥足珍贵。
